NLP has a number of techniques that work and work quickly. It is action oriented - change is facilitated using directed questions, NLP tools and Time Line Therapy®.

There is no need for long months of going over a problem again and again, trying to work out what you want and need to do to feel better about Being You.

ABOUT CHANGE WORK

The Amygdyla part of your brain initiates how you feel about something - it has learned that. Rather than change the content of your thinking, NLP changes the STRUCTURE.

We look at altering the “Submodalities” that use your sensory representation - the code that tells our brain how to react.

This is quite simple and quick - change the size, distance, colour, volume of a “picture” and also whether we are “in” it or looking at ourselves. This reframes the content and context.

Then we can look at the strategies you use - the neural pathways that form your instinctive responses - in different parts of your life, often without being aware.

This helps with Dealing with stress AND Developing positive habits
