WHY

We all live forward in time - yet of course the past can have an effect on our life, and not always in ways we need now. Experience a positive outcome for your future using Time Line Therapy®, also known as "Creating your future coaching®" techniques, a safe self-improvement process that creates quick and lasting change.

It is surprisingly effective. I say surprisingly because we have been led to believe that behavioural change takes a long time to embed.

The process helps reframe events, address influences on your reactions to trauma, improve self-talk and develop positive pictures about your life ahead - so change happens the way you need it to be for you. You are in control at all times.

How you will work with Anne

IN your PREPARATION session about a week beforehand, we'll talk through the process and you can ask any questions you may have.

You will learn:

  • about different types of memories and how negative emotions are made

  • how releasing the 5 main negative emotions can help release a limiting belief or limiting decision which may be holding you back or making you uncertain which way to go

The process of Time Line Therapy® uses active imagination. We allow the unconscious mind to take the things you have learned from the first event of anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.

We then reframe the event and the old emotion disappears. When you are able to trust the process, it becomes effortless.

The insights gained will be personal to you, as well as being positive and about your future - there is a new sense of calm and ability to look ahead with assuredness.

TO BENEFIT from this process, it's best to allow at least 3 - 4 hours on the day, so that you can pace yourself.

I advise giving yourself time and space immediately afterwards, and to allow for the new understandings to gently ease into your life in the days and weeks that follow. We have a follow-up session to embed your confidence and recognise in what ways your thinking adn behaviour has changed.
