Let these values guide your decisions and keep you GROUNDED during uncertain times
Build a strong support system
Surround yourself with positive people who can give encouragement and guidance
Friends, family, mentors or a life coach can offer a listening ear during difficult times
Change can be uncomfortable, but it’s crucial for growth
Think of it like a workout: challenging now, but strengthening in the long run
Use your POWER of choice Take a moment to identify what you have control over
What can you actively do to shape your situation?
Even simple actions build confidence reaching out for help or researching options builds momentum
Celebrate your progress, big or small be your own cheerleader, or involve others
Trust in your strength.
You've overcome challenges before, and you will again
Practice mindfulness
Stay in the moment and reduce stress deep breathing or meditation improve your emotional regulation
