WHY

We all live forward in time - yet of course the past can have an effect on our life, and not always in ways we need now. Experience a positive outcome for your future using Time Line Therapy®, also known as “Creating your future coaching®” techniques, a safe self-improvement process that creates quick and lasting change.

It is surprisingly effective. I say surprisingly because we have been led to believe that behavioural change takes a long time to embed.

The process helps reframe events and improve self-talk and with positive pictures about our goals, change happens the way you need it to be for you.

After working together you will have experienced positive results using NLP/NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING in your daily life. Time Line Therapy® techniques can be used for all sorts of situations.

REAL IMPACT TO ACHIEVE YOUR OUTCOMES

Often when we work together on your outcomes and goals, you may hit a blocker.

Time Line Therapy® enables you to address underlying limiting beliefs or limiting decisions you will have made unconsciously.

  • IN PREPARATION we’ll talk through the process with the aid of diagrams, and you can ask any questions you may have.

You will learn:

  • about different types of memories and how negative emotions are made.

  • how releasing the 5 main negative emotions can help release a limiting belief or limiting decision which may be holding you back or making you uncertain which way to go.

The process of Time Line Therapy® uses active imagination. We allow the unconscious mind to take the things you have learned from the first event of anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.
We then reframe the event and the old emotion disappears.

The insights gained will be personal to you, as well as being positive and about your future - there is a new sense of calm and ability to look ahead with assuredness.

  • TO BENEFIT from this process, it’s best to allow at least 2 - 3 hours on the day.

IN PREPARATION we’ll talk through the process with the aid of diagrams, and you can ask any questions you may have.

I advise giving yourself time and space immediately afterwards, and to allow for the new understandings to gently ease into your life in the days and weeks that follow.
